About

This workshop is open to graduate students, postdocs, and practitioners who want a hands-on introduction to stochastic modelling tools used in infectious-disease research.

Sessions mix short lectures with coding labs. Bring a laptop; software setup notes are sent after acceptance.

Requirements

  • Background in calculus and probability (or equivalent coursework)
  • Familiarity with Python or R helpful but not required
  • Short CV
  • One-paragraph motivation note
