Dr. Kofi Mensah

Postdoctoral Researcher

Research Wing, R105 Supervised by Prof. Kwabena Mensah kofi.mensah@nims.edu.gh October 1, 2024 – Present

Current Research Project

Current project develops scalable stochastic solvers for climate-informed fluid models, with open research software and training workshops.

Phase 1 — Model Design

Defined multi-scale coupling strategy and validation benchmarks.

Phase 2 — HPC Implementation

Ported solvers to the NIMS cluster with reproducible workflows.

Dr. Kofi Mensah completed his PhD in Applied Mathematics with a focus on stochastic modeling for climate systems. He joined NIMS Ghana as a postdoctoral fellow to advance multi-scale computational methods.
